What is the Breathing Space Circle?
Life can feel relentless at times. We push through, hold it all together, and carry more than our bodies and minds were designed for. Over time, this leaves us tense, restless, and disconnected from ourselves.
Breathing Space is your invitation to stop. To exhale. To give yourself the gift of presence.
Over six weeks, we’ll gather online in a small intimate group (limited to 8 positions) once a week for one hour. I’ll guide you through simple, powerful breathing and relaxation practices that calm your nervous system, quiet the inner critic, and restore your natural rhythm. These are practices you can carry into your everyday life, so the calm you feel doesn’t end when the session does.
What You’ll Experience -
Each week we’ll move gently through:
Guided Breath work – releasing tension and creating more ease in your body and mind
Deep Relaxation – supporting sleep, digestion, and nervous system balance
Practical Tools – simple daily techniques to help you reset in the middle of life’s demands
Space to Pause – time just for you, away from the constant doing
You don’t need any previous experience. You only need your breath, your body, and a willingness to give yourself this space.

I’m Alli Garison, Women’s Quantum Therapist, Ayurvedic and Yoga Practitioner, and Intuitive Guide. For over 20 years I’ve supported people to create clarity, calm, and connection in their lives.
