“Yoga is a magical thread, creating a tapestry to an enriched life” - Alli
I can’t imagine my life without Yoga or music. They have become the beautiful threads that weave through the tapestry that is my life.
I was first introduced to Yoga as a small child by my Mum Lyn. Since then it has been a gentle, consistent presence and a place of great solace and strength, especially in transitional or challenging times in my life. My practice, always guiding me back to me.
Since initially becoming a Yoga teacher, it has encouraged me to continue to grow as a person and as an educator. Deepening my knowledge of Yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, Vedic psychology and entering formal studies to become an Ayurvedic practitioner. Ayurveda being well known as the sister science of Yoga, all of which have gifted a unique depth and passion to my spiritual connection, life and the teachings and presence I share.
“For me, there is no separation between my yoga practice, the way I live, and how I show up in my work or relationships.
These teachings have been a steady foundation… shaping the woman I am, and the one I continue to grow into.
Whilst I rarely teach yoga asana these days, I’m often asked what continues to inspire my therapy sessions, mentoring, and the way my work evolves.
The answer is simple… the people I work with.
And a deep knowing that a grounded way of living, which may include yoga, meditation, and spiritual connection, isn’t something we visit for an hour on a mat.
It’s something we live.
Not in a perfect or structured way, but as an ever-evolving path that supports our physical, emotional, and inner wellbeing.
A way of coming back to what is more natural. More connected. More real.
You don’t need to be physically flexible or have endless time.
What’s asked is something different…
a willingness to soften how you hold yourself,
and how you move through your life.
To meet it with a little more openness.
A little more curiosity.
Because when you begin to experience yoga in this way…
it has the potential to quietly, but deeply, enrich your life.
I feel grateful to hold a range of classes, retreats and educational offerings, both online and in person.
