Yoga Alli

Yoga is a magical thread, creating a tapestry to an enriched life” - Alli

I can't imagine my life without writing, yoga or music.

They have become the quiet threads woven through the tapestry of my life.

I was first introduced to yoga as a small child by my mum, Lyn. Since then, it has remained a gentle and constant companion, offering steadiness through life's many seasons and always guiding me back to myself.

Over the years, I've come to realise that yoga has never simply been my practice.

It has become the way I return to myself.

The place where I soften, listen and begin again.

And the quiet thread that continues to weave through everything I do.

For me, there is no separation between my yoga practice, the way I live, and how I show up in my work or relationships.

These teachings have been a steady foundation, shaping the woman I am, and the one I continue to grow into.”

Whilst I rarely teach yoga asana in person these days, yoga continues to live quietly within everything I offer.

It shapes the way I hold therapeutic space, the retreats I facilitate, the words I write and the conversations I share.

Because I don't believe yoga begins and ends on a mat.

It is a way of living.

A practice of returning.

Of softening.

Of listening.

Of remembering what truly matters.

If you'd like to experience this gentle approach, you're warmly invited to explore my guided meditations, breath practices and reflections on Insight Timer, where I continue to share these practices and reflections with a global community.

Whether we meet through a recording, a retreat or another path entirely, I hope these offerings become a quiet place for you to pause, breathe and hear yourself again.
